Currently under construction, Film Streams’ Ruth Sokolof Theater is located at the corner of 14th and Webster in downtown Omaha.
The theater sits north of the Old Market district, south of the Hot Shops Art Center, west of Qwest Center Omaha, and east of Creighton University.

Free parking will be available in the lot behind the cinema. Street parking will also be available in the vicinity surrounding the cinema (free after 5PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday).
