Our North Downtown location is just one block west of TD Ameritrade Park, one block south of the intersection of 14th and Cuming Streets. Our immediate neighbors include Slowdown, Blue Line Coffee, and the offices of Saddle Creek Records. Our Box Office will open half an hour before the first show time of the day.

Free parking is available in the lot behind our cinema. To access the parking lot, take Cuming Street to 14th Street and turn south. Once on 14th Street, you’ll make an immediate left into the parking lot, which sits behind the entire Saddle Creek Records complex.
On-street, metered parking is also available in the area surrounding the cinema (free after 9 pm Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday).
Ample bicycle parking is available at any of several bike racks on our block. We are also conveniently located near a Heartland B-cycle station.

Tickets may be refunded until one week prior to the screening/event date. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance until 24 hours prior to the screening. Within 24 hours of screening/event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. In the event that Film Streams needs to cancel a showing, we offer ticket exchanges or complimentary passes for any of our regularly priced programming.
Our concessions stand is stocked with movie treats both traditional and inventive. In addition to some of the best popcorn in town – popped in sunflower oil and topped to your liking with real butter – we also offer candy, locally-baked cookies, Herman’s Nuthouse nuts, Omaha Steaks beef sticks, soda, Blue Line coffee, wine, and local craft beer.
